Yes. We offer lease plans on hardware devices. Data plans are included when you lease a device from us.

Yes. On our customer portal, each account has access to change/modify and edit the operational settings. We strive to give our customers options to control their own operational settings. Operations that don’t feel comfortable making changes, our support team is always available to help.

Can anyone with system login credentials make changes to the settings on SYNC VALET™?

No. Our application works with set permissions. When adding users to the system, they need to be assigned a role. Only certain roles are allowed to make changes to settings and have access to system critical areas and admin reports.

Are reports available on demand on the SYNC VALET™ system?

Yes, reports are available on demand. There is no waiting period for the data to be compiled.

Does the SYNC VALET™ app support video recording for pre-existing damage found on vehicles?

Yes. The valet staff can use our app to record and store video of pre-existing damages. The video is attached to the digital ticket and available to be downloaded onto the mobile device camera roll.

If an emergency arises, anyone who is logged into the SYNC VALET™ app can activate the panic mode feature. All devices that are using the SYNC VALET™ app within the operation will sound an alarm and display the employee’s name who activated the panic mode, along with the last known actions or location where they scanned a parking ticket.

How does the employee scheduler feature work?

We provide a simple and quick method to add employees, assign roles, schedule shifts with intuitive color-coding effects making the data easy to understand. The total daily and weekly scheduled hours are displayed on the schedule including overtime hours. Each employee can receive their schedule via SMS once it is published.

Is SYNC VALET™ open to developing new software features per customer needs?

We understand that every parking operation is different, and we will consider all requests. What type of hardware is compatible with SYNC VALET™?

We offer a multi-platform valet parking solution that is compatible with iPhones, iPads, Android tablets and Android phones. Our customer portal is accessible from any web browser.

Does SYNC VALET™ offer a Point of Sale (POS) hardware package?

For parking operations that have a dedicated cashier and require a full POS setup, we offer an inexpensive POS setup that includes a tablet with a network receipt printer, cash drawer and EMV/NFC proximity credit card terminal.

Does SYNC VALET™ lease mobile devices?

Yes. We offer lease plans on hardware devices. Data plans are included when you lease a device from us.

Does SYNC VALET™ work with reusable tickets such as vehicle tags, and claim checks?

Yes, we can provide reusable plastic tags/tickets with NFC technology or QR codes.

Does SYNC VALET™ print tickets on demand?

Yes. Using an external ticket printer and proper paper stock, tickets can be printed on demand.

Does SYNC VALET™ allow parkers to pay by phone?

Yes. Parkers can pay using their personal mobile device. They can also request their vehicle and track delivery status using a link they receive with their digital claim check.

Does SYNC VALET™ require internet service?

Yes. Internet service is required as our solutions are hosted on the cloud.

How can I download the SYNC VALET™ application?

Our apps are available for download at the Apple store and Google Play store.

Can parking operations modify their own system settings on SYNC VALET™?

Yes. On our customer portal, each account has access to change/modify and edit the operational settings. We strive to give our customers options to control their own operational settings. Operations that don’t feel comfortable making changes, our support team is always available to help.

Can anyone with system login credentials make changes to the settings on SYNC VALET™?

No. Our application works with set permissions. When adding users to the system, they need to be assigned a role. Only certain roles are allowed to make changes to settings and have access to system critical areas and admin reports.

Are reports available on demand on the SYNC VALET™ system?

Yes, reports are available on demand. There is no waiting period for the data to be compiled.

Does the SYNC VALET™ app support video recording for pre-existing damage found on vehicles?

Yes. The valet staff can use our app to record and store video of pre-existing damages. The video is attached to the digital ticket and available to be downloaded onto the mobile device camera roll.

How does the SYNC VALET™ app emergency panic mode work?

If an emergency arises, anyone who is logged into the SYNC VALET™ app can activate the panic mode feature. All devices that are using the SYNC VALET™ app within the operation will sound an alarm and display the employee’s name who activated the panic mode, along with the last known actions or location where they scanned a parking ticket.

How does the employee scheduler feature work?

We provide a simple and quick method to add employees, assign roles, schedule shifts with intuitive color-coding effects making the data easy to understand. The total daily and weekly scheduled hours are displayed on the schedule including overtime hours. Each employee can receive their schedule via SMS once it is published.

Is SYNC VALET™ open to developing new software features per customer needs?

We understand that every parking operation is different, and we will consider all requests. If the feature requested is useful for most of our customers, it will be added to our development queue and implemented in a future software release. Software features that are only useful for one specific customer/operation might be considered as custom development and can be developed for a specified fee.
